The 6-storey Stockholm Residence is our first project to be completed in Nicosia, and forms part of a series of mid-rise residential blocks that we have designed across Cyprus.
The shared design principles — to use a minimal palette of localised materials whilst streamlining and separating the volumes — act to break down the scale and weight of the building, expressed through the façade.
Located on a tight plot, all apartments are configured to gain maximum aspects whilst minimising solar gain.
