Omara by Trehan Iris recreates a natural oasis in the middle of the city, with varying spaces of respite centred around wellness and tranquillity. Driven by WELL v2's 10 core concepts, we were tasked to build a canvas that can support an ecosystem of wellness through public amenities, spaces of leisure, and comfortable living.

Concept
Welcome to wellness
The 10 WELL v2 concepts—air, water, nourishment, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind, and community—are incorporated into the design as part of the programme, as well as design elements that introduce or enhance these qualities. A green boulevard greets residents and visitors to a lush central plaza, while the spaces surrounding the towers are dedicated to nature-infused public spaces.
Podium
A green valley
The podium transcends its function as a green space and morphs into a network of wellness activities, luxury amenities and a pedestrian-prioritised level. Lush landscaping and numerous planters create a groundscape that mimics mountainous terrain, complete with slopes, valleys, forests, and peaks. This approach softens the appearance of the podium, giving visitors the feeling of walking through a verdant garden.
Generous shade is provided by trees and bushes, as well as from covered walkways, pergolas, and overhangs
Amenities
Active
Places that nourish the body and the mind
Amenities
Social
Places that nurture communal living
Towers
Consisting of 3.5 and 4.5 BHK apartments, the three 51-storey towers are staggered, creating pockets at the podium level where outdoor, uncovered areas are carved out
Rounded corners and vertical louvres bring in more light while adding repetition and rhythm to the façade
The apartments are laid out in a way that captures uninterrupted views of the golf course from the primary bedrooms and the living areas
