Shymkent Pinnacle is a mixed-use office and retail hub located at the heart of the city’s established business district, providing 25,000 m² of A-class office space. At 76 m the 16-storey tower will be the tallest structure in Shymkent, visible from across the city.
The tower podium connects a luxury retail arcade directly to the adjacent 5-star Rixos Khadisha Hotel via a double-deck glass bridge. Arranged as a street with shops on both sides, the arcade is organised over two levels with retail at ground level and a gourmet food hall on the second floor. Skylights will flood the street with natural light through photovoltaic louvres, and the shop sizes are perfectly suited to smaller high-end stores for an exclusive boutique shopping experience
A large roof terrace extends from the hotel, along the upper level of the bridge to a dramatic roof garden above the arcade. The terrace also provides outdoor seating areas for the employee’s canteen and other public restaurants associated with the food hall.
The top four floors of the office tower will house the client's new commercial headquarters, with 8 floors of commercial space below. The tower plan has been designed to allow for both single and multiple tenants. The shallow floorplates allow natural light in to all interior spaces. The unique floorplate profile optimises views over the city and makes ideal spaces both for both cellular and open plan layouts.
