Sekania is a contemporary take on the Athenian apartment building typology, defined by two overlapping layers that wrap each façade of the building. The darker surfaces define the inner volume and the openings for each apartment, according to orientation and use, while an outer layer of white terraces protrude to create rhythm and shading.
