Gateway 51 is a high-end office development in Kurla, Mumbai. The skinny, 2,150 m² triangular plot sits on a prime location at the junction of the Santacruz–Chembur Link Road and BKC CST Link Road.
An elongated linear core to the south shades the internal office space from glare and extreme south sun on this face of the building, while providing the most efficient floorplate for open or cellular office spaces. At the front, the building volume is raised on stilts to give the overall expression of lightness and to allow for covered and secure parking with direct access to the entrance lobby.
