Elan Paraside is a retail and leisure destination located in a heavily populated residential neighbourhood of Gurugram, a satellite city of India’s capital Delhi. The project features a program that includes mainly retail coupled with food & beverage outlets and a multiplex cinema. The development is conceived out of the simple idea of creating a journey made up of a series of public spaces and plazas all centred around a dramatic open air urban oasis. Merging nature and discovery with retail, F&B and leisure to create a new iconic destination designed just as much for the local community as for international visitors.
Our idea with the project is to create a range of unique interconnected ‘experience zones’ within one overall retail development. This idea is rooted in the client’s continued pursuit to offer customers a new more experiential approach as opposed to standard accepted retail models. The ambition is to create true world-class destinations where retail becomes a biproduct to a journey of discovery proposed by the spaces and the architecture on offer.
