Elan Miracle is a mixed-use project located on a prominent 6-acre plot at an important intersection of the Expressway. With a mix of retail, dining, commercial, serviced apartments and an IMAX cinema, it is one of Elan's latest flagship projects in Gurugram.
Elan Miracle has two distinct centres of activity – one internal and one external. From the west, tenants, guests, and visitors approach via an open courtyard with a footprint of over 2,400 m². It is landscaped on all sides and punctuated by fountains, retail kiosks and activity spaces. Four storeys of triple-A office accommodation overlook the courtyard, occupying the northwestern quadrant of the development. Approaching from the Dwarka Expressway to the east, a formal drop-off area leads directly into the heart of the mall, with the atrium at its centre.
