Built in 1929 and opened to the public in 1931, The Berengaria Hotel closed it's doors in 1984 and has stood desolate and derelict ever since. Working alongside bbf Group and Economides + Akkelidou Architects, we have developed designs to revive this heritage asset and its hillside, woodland setting through a delicate intervention and the addition of 22 villas and two boutique residences.
'The aim is to raise awareness of Berengaria - a destination dipped in Cypriot history'
