At 218 metres in height, this 50-storey tower will be the tallest residential structure in India’s capital city. Unity Group appointed UHA, in collaboration with Versace Home, to design an iconic residential tower for New Delhi.
The tower silhouette is inspired by the groundbreaking Versace couture collections with sculpted, multilayered, translucent structures strongly reminiscent of the unique dresses created by this iconic brand.
The tower plan is composed of 2 oval floorplates connected by a central core that allows panoramic views out across the city and inwards towards the central park area of the masterplan. The tower accommodates a total of 160 4- and 5-bedroom luxury apartments. An entrance canopy marks the entry to the grand lobby, with café, business centre, and a unique Versace gallery space.
Outdoor terraces punctuate the tower and provide an exclusive calm oasis for residents and their guests. The top of the east wing houses an outdoor infinity pool, a spa and fine dining restaurant with breath-taking views towards the city government quarter. The top of the west wing, the taller of the two towers, has a viewing deck, restaurant, and cigar lounge with a rooftop helipad.
