11/100 Bogotá contains offices, retail, and a private club. Utilising an L-shaped plan, the development takes advantage of distant views to the North East of the city and creates a plaza which provides buffering against the street whilst improving views from the offices.
The building is defined by 3 sections: the podium, mid-levels, and top-levels. The podium is populated by retail, restaurants, and cafes providing activity to the public spaces. The mid-levels will contain the offices while the top levels will be occupied by a private club with gardens and terraces, offering views across the city.
The project incorporates comfort and energy efficiency measures from the pre-concept stage, reducing the cost and difficulty of implementation in further stages.
