We are excited to announce that we have won in two categories at the Moscow Urban Awards 2021. Serp & Molot has won 'The best project for the integrated development of Moscow' and the Ramenki Masterplan has won 'The best business class residential complex under construction in Moscow'.
The Moscow Urban Design Awards aim to highlight residential projects with the highest quality architecture, landscaping, infrastructure, and the development of the urban environment in general, one of the key objectives of the award is the development and improvement of quality development standards in Russia.
Serp & Molot is a 60-hectare site that previously belonged to the "Hammer and Sickle" plant, almost half of the space occupied by the masterplan is allocated for green areas and public spaces, including the 10-hectare Zelena Reka park. Last year, this green space allowed the project to become a winner of the Urban Awards in the out-of-competition category "Environmental Expertise". Serp & Molot has also become popular with consumers, the project is spending its best season on the market, reaching 2,000 sold apartments in ten months, becoming the most demanded address within the Moscow Ring Road.
'The best business class residential complex under construction in Moscow' was the most desired category at the Urban Awards 2021. Ramenki was up against 9 other projects in the final coming out on top. Like Serp & Molot Ramenki is recognisable due to its vast green spaces (29.3-hectares) and it has also proved popular with consumers having the most successful apartment offering premiere of 2021 selling 1500 units from February to October.
Ramenki Masterplan is currently on site.
