A Tale of Two Cities - We’re expanding in Mumbai and setting up in Delhi

We are pleased to announce the appointment of two new Senior Associates!

Gurvinder Singh Chowdhury (left) and Ashwin Navelkar (right) have joined UHA as Senior Associates and will be adding nearly 60 years of combined experience to our senior team.

Chowdhury will join as the Regional Director for the studio’s upcoming setup in Delhi NCR. Chowdhury is a graduate of SPA Delhi, with over 30 years of experience working across various sectors, including high-rise, residential, commercial and hospitality. His expertise includes the full life cycle of projects - from design to delivery.

Navelkar has previously worked with UHA from the clients’ end and will now be joining the ever-expanding Mumbai team as a Senior Associate. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Sir JJ College of Architecture in Mumbai and has worked with top design firms including Bijoy Jain + Associates, KAPl & DPA-Mumbai, as well as with real estate firms like RNA Corp, Runwal and K Raheja on high-rise residential, hotels, commercial offices and IT parks.

An exciting timeline lies ahead for the studio as they plan their move to a new office space in Mumbai in the upcoming months. In light of these recent appointments and ongoing projects, the studio has also opened its first office in Delhi. As a part of this expansion, UHA is currently hiring in Delhi and Mumbai.
