At just over 500,000 m² The Cascades Neopolis is India's first—and the world's largest—residential building to be WELL v2 pre-certified. It's also our very first project in Hyderabad.
We're particularly excited for this is our first project in Hyderabad. User-driven from the first sketch, the development prioritises natural light, clean air, and low-emissions materials, while providing over 200,000 sq. ft. of amenities for residents across 7 podium levels.

Last month founding director Jonas was joined by Associates Ruchira Kelaskar and Satvik Ambre for the spectacular launch at the Savaaya Convention.
Along with local and international consultants and specialists, they were treated to an incredible spectacle of music and performance art, culminating in the unveiling of a 2-metre-tall illuminated model of the project.

"We were treated to a fully-immersive experience, from the ripple-patterned carpet to themed cocktails, the cascading water concept was taken to the next level. Incorporated into floor-to-ceiling projection and across the incredible Cirque du Soleil performances, we were transported into a different world for the evening.
