We’re pleased to share that Elan Epic has won 'The Most Promising Upcoming Shopping Centre of the Year - North' award at the Franchise & Retail Awards 2021, one of India’s leading prize’s within the field of retail. The awards feature over 50 categories and over 500 nominations with client Elan Group winning in two categories this year including 'Shopping Mall Professional of the Year'.

Sprawling over an area of 28,300 m², Elan Epic is one of India's first commercial projects which centres around a vast interior water feature in the central atrium. By combining the high street with public space, commerce with entertainment and leisure with hospitality, we are seeking to redefine retail. Along with Elan Epic, we are currently working with Elan Group on two further retail projects on site in Gurugram.
